Makes a delicious cup of tea with just the right amount of healthy sweetness. Tea leaves are infused Appalachian Mountain Honey. Simply add a tablespoon of herbs to a tea ball or strainer, add hot water and steep. (hint: you can make more than one cup of tea with the same herbs.)
