Shipping, refund, and return policy

Refunds and Exchanges

All Sales Final. Please let us know if any items arrive defective or damaged and we will replace them. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have been received damaged or defective. Please take a photo upon receipt for us. Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping

Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Local Chattanooga, Tennessee Delivery. To return your product due to damage or defect, you should mail your product to 10 Frazier Ave, Chattanooga TN 37405. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Substitutions

Because of the popularity of some gift boxes, we must reserve the right to substitute pictured decorative containers with others of like shape, color, value, and style.

We will contact you if a major substitution is necessary.
